4. Venue realities (Tokyo Big Sight / Makuhari / INTEX)
- Power: Japan is 100V (50Hz Tokyo / 60Hz Osaka). LED/PA may need dedicated circuits. Orders must match venue forms.
- Access: Dock booking windows apply. Long pushes/elevators affect crew time. Floor protection required for heavy items.
- Noise & brightness: Set LED brightness for bright halls; color temp around 6500K. Venue Wi-Fi can be congested—wired LAN is safer.
- Approvals: Rigging, open-flame, and certain materials require drawings & sign-off. We submit in Japanese.
5. BYO gear & global brand assets
We integrate what you bring
- BYO LED/monitors: share processor model (NovaStar/Brompton), receiving card, cabinet resolution/layout
- Global content: fonts/color management same as HQ; we convert assets to local specs
- Hybrid: rent just the missing pieces (processors, long-run cabling, stands) + on-site engineers
6. On-site operations: roles, rehearsals, fail-safes
